Delivery policy

Ready Steady Go Kids offers free shipping on all merchandise and equipment purchased via this website. The most efficient service available from Australia Post is used by Ready Steady Go Kids for product shipment. In some instances this may mean delivery lead times of up to 10 business days from the time an order is confirmed. 

We can exchange your uniform if you have selected the wrong size, however the uniform needs to be returned to our Head Office in Melbourne at your own expense and the uniform needs to be returned unworn and in the original packaging. You can either include a return postage bag in with the returned uniform or we can repost the correct size uniform for $10.00 tracked post. Please call 1300 766 892 to arrange this.

All orders received by Ready Steady Go Kids are packaged and made ready for delivery within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order payment. Once the orders have left our office, we have no control over the time taken for delivery. You are able to track your parcel by visiting the Australia Post website.
