Parents agree that by enrolling in our program they are allowing their children to participate at their own risk.In agreeing to attend a Ready Steady Go Kids program I:
I warrant that my child has not at any time suffered blackout, seizure, convulsion, fainting, dizzy spells or any other medical condition and is not presently receiving treatment for any illness, disorder or injury which would render it unsafe for my child to take part in a Ready Steady Go Kids program. I have read and I consent for my child to participate in a Ready Steady Go Kids program and understand the risk involved and further agree to be bound by the Ready Steady Go Kids Code of Conduct and operating rules.
I acknowledge that Ready Steady Go Kids uses its best endeavours to ensure that the equipment and sporting facilities used in the program are safe and fit for purpose and acknowledge that all sports are inherently dangerous. I have voluntarily read and accept the inherent associated risks. "Ready Steady Go Kids" means all directors personally and in their capacity as a director, partners of directors, agents, and any representatives of Ready Steady Go Kids. "Ready Steady Go Kids Program" include all programs and activities that you or your child participate in during our courses and classes. This includes but is not limited to any organised sport, training, facilities and activities provided by Ready Steady Go Kids.
All classes are subject to change. While Ready Steady Go Kids uses its best efforts to operate classes as per the timetable published on this website, in some instances changes are required due to fluctuations in demand. No guarantee is made that classes will run per the timetable. Any changes required will be communicated to those affected prior to the date classes commence.
We offer one FREE TRIAL for new members so you get the opportunity to experience the program before you commit to enrolling for the term. When you book a FREE TRIAL, your spot in the class is held under your membership for 48 hours (in the same term 'current term' that your trial is booked in) after which time the spot will be released back to the public. Please note, if you are booking a FREE TRIAL in the last week of a Term, this does NOT hold your position in the same class for the following term.
If your child is unwell and cannot make their FREE trial class, you can either MOVE or CANCEL the trial through your membership account. This must be done BEFORE the trial class is scheduled to run. If you do not MOVE or CANCEL your FREE trial before the class, you will need to pay to reschedule your trial (a PAID TRIAL).
If you have had a FREE Trial and you are still unsure if you want to enrol for the remainder of the term, you will be able to book one PAID TRIAL per child. When you book a PAID TRIAL, your spot in the class is held under your membership for 48 hours (in the same term/current term that your trial is booked in). After this time the spot in the class will be released back out to the public.
Cancellation/NO REFUND policy
By enrolling in our classes, you are committing to a service contract for a complete term. We do not offer refunds if there is an issue with the service that is outside of our control. i.e - a change of mind. We offer a FREE TRIAL to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our program prior to enrolling. Therefore, no refunds are available.
In certain circumstances, a credit may be issued to a member account to be used in future terms. An example of this is where the child has broken their leg and cannot attend classes for the remainder of the term. All credits issued have an expiry of 12 months.
Make-up class policy
If your child is unable to attend a class, a make-up class may be available. We cannot guarantee there will be availability in all classes. A maximum of two (2) make-up classes per term are available. Make-up classes do not carry over to the next term and no credit is available for classes missed. Make-up classes can only be booked up to 7 days in advance. To book a make-up class, please log in to your membership account. If you require assistance, please call our customer service team on 1300 766 892 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm EST.
Ready Steady Go Kids has a mandatory uniform policy with all enrolments (excluding trial-class enrolments) required to wear a Ready Steady Go Kids t-shirt & shorts set to class. There are many benefits associated with wearing a uniform and some of these are outlined on the Ready Steady Go Kids blog. To purchase a t-shirt & shorts set please visit our Online store. There are several postage options for the uniform.
We only take bookings for an entire term and our fees are structured this way. Unfortunately, we cannot take casual bookings or pro-rata weeks you may be away. Please refer to our make-up class policy for missed classes. All fees must be paid at the time of enrolment by either debit or credit card. A booking surcharge is collected on all payments to cover the cost of processing and administering your enrolment, such as card processing fees, administrative costs and 3rd party booking platform fees.
A 10% sibling discount applies to all enrolments after your first child. The discount will be automatically calculated at checkout and applies on the class of the lesser value. To be entitled to the discount, all siblings must be booked in a single transaction for the same term.
Parents and guardians are required to be present for the duration of each class. Ready Steady Go Kids is not a registered child care provider and is not therefore licensed to care for children without parental or guardian supervision. We require parental participation for the GET READY (1.5-2.5yo) classes and the READY (2.5-3yo) classes to maintain class structure and focus. In many instances, classes are more beneficial for participants, and run more smoothly with the involvement of parents or guardians .In the unlikely event that your child requires first aid during our classes, this will remain the responsibility of the parent.
Siblings of enrolled children are not permitted to participate in Ready Steady Go Kids classes. If you have siblings attending, you must ensure that they remain off the court and do not interfere with any equipment being used throughout the class duration.
From time to time your child may be photographed or video'd whilst undertaking a Ready Steady Go Kids class. Such media might be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to reproduction on the Ready Steady Go Kids social media platform. By enrolling in the Ready Steady Go Kids program you agree to such use by Ready Steady Go Kids. Parents are not to take videos or photographs that include other children in the class without the permission of that parent/guardian .If you do not wish your child to be photographed or video'd, please email [email protected] so we can inform our instructors and make a note on your file.
Food and drink
It is prohibited for food to be consumed during any Ready Steady Go Kids class. A majority of the facilities in which we operate our classes also ban food from being consumed on the court or playing arena. Any child found to be consuming food during a class will be asked to leave the court immediately. Our classes are structured to include a drink break and we request that all children bring a drink bottle with them to each class.
Please do not bring your child to class if they are unwell or have COVID. This includes a runny nose, temperature or coughing. If your child is unwell, please take advantage of our two make-up classes per term (subject to class availability). Please refer to our make up class policy above.
By enrolling in our classes you are accepting these Terms & Conditions.
