We do not provide a party venue - we come to you! If you would like to hire a venue you can contact
your local council for a list of venues available for hire in your area. Venues that work well are
indoor sports centres, scout halls, church halls and community centres.

Our parties also work well in local parks or in large back yards. We just ask for a cleared and level
space. If you are on a grassed area, the sports we recommend are athletics, soccer, AFL, rugby or
cricket.

As a guide, we recommend the following party space:
10 children - 1/3 of a netball court (15m x 10 m)
10-20 - ½ a netball court (15m x 20m)
20+ - full-sized netball court (15.15m x 30m)

We run parties 7 days a week. If you are looking at holding a party on the weekend we recommend the party is held in the afternoon after our on-court classes have finished for maximum availability. During school holidays we can run anytime or day.

Leave at least a 15 minute grace period between the party start time and when the sports start. We start right on time and do not wait for any late comers. For example, if you say 2pm on the invitation the sports should start at 2.15 or 2.30pm.

If you are holding your party outdoors, you will need to check the forecast 7 days prior and confirm we are proceeding. If you are able to move the party to an indoor location then we will proceed as planned. Alternatively, the party can be rescheduled. If you cancel the party you will lose your deposit.

No food or beverages are provided.

Birthday Party pricing:

NSW/ACT:                  $300  for the first 14 children. Additional children are charged at $12 per child.

VIC:                                $275 for the first 14 children. Additional children are charged at $12 per child.  
SA/QLD/WA/TAS:  $230 for the first 14 children. Additional children are charged at $12 per child.

There is no maximum number of children.

Our parties cater for children aged between 2.5-6 years.

We provide 1 hour of nonstop sports and entertainment. We do not recommend any longer than the hour, as the children become too tired.

Please don’t serve food during the 1 hour we are operating. Food is best served either before or after we have finished. It is helpful to have water readily available for the children during our session as they can become quite hot and thirsty.
